Welcome to Emerald Multipurpose Hall. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your booking or use of our venues, halls, accommodation, and related services. By making an inquiry, booking, or reservation with us, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Emerald Multipurpose Hall is a premium celebration venue managed by The Pune Posts & Telecom Co-Op. Credit Society Ltd., Pune, offering venues for weddings, receptions, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, naming ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, and other social and professional gatherings.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance/booking amount.
Booking requests may be submitted through our website inquiry form, by phone, by email, or in person.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including event type, date, expected number of guests, and hall/venue preference (Diamond Wedding Hall, Platinum Banquet Hall, or Accommodation).
A formal booking confirmation, quotation, or agreement issued by Emerald Multipurpose Hall will set out the specific terms applicable to your event, including pricing, inclusions, and any special arrangements.

3. Payments

Payment terms, including advance amounts, installment schedules, and balance due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Payments may be made through the payment methods we accept, including bank transfer or other secure payment gateways.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or in person) to Emerald Multipurpose Hall.
Advance/booking amounts may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the notice period provided before the event date and the specific terms agreed upon at booking.
Rescheduling requests are subject to venue availability and may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to any applicable rescheduling charges.
Emerald Multipurpose Hall reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events, in which case a mutually agreeable resolution will be sought.

5. Venue Usage

The client and their guests are expected to use the venue, furniture, fixtures, and equipment responsibly and in accordance with venue guidelines communicated by our team.
Decor customization, catering, and other services availed through Emerald Multipurpose Hall or approved third-party vendors are subject to separate terms as communicated at the time of booking.
Outside vendors (catering, décor, entertainment, etc.), where permitted, must be pre-approved by Emerald Multipurpose Hall and are subject to venue access and conduct guidelines.
The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed capacity for the booked hall (e.g., 700+ guests for Diamond Wedding Hall, 300+ guests for Platinum Banquet Hall) without prior written approval.
Smoking, use of open flames, fireworks, or any activity that poses a safety or fire hazard is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.

6. Accommodation

Accommodation (AC rooms and dormitory) is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Guests using accommodation facilities are responsible for the care of the rooms and furnishings provided and may be held liable for damage caused during their stay.
Check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Liability

Emerald Multipurpose Hall shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the client or their guests during the event.
The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the venue, its fixtures, furniture, or equipment by the client, their guests, or vendors engaged by the client, and shall bear the cost of repair or replacement.
Emerald Multipurpose Hall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our venues or services.
Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions for their own safety and the safety of others while on the premises.

8. Parking

Parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity (up to 100+ cars).
Emerald Multipurpose Hall is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

9. Photography and Media

Emerald Multipurpose Hall may, with appropriate consent, use photographs or videos taken at events held on our premises for promotional purposes on our website or social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
We strive to keep information about our halls, capacities, amenities, and services accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all details are error-free at all times.
Unauthorized use of the content, images, or branding on our website is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website along with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
